Emma Inspired Acetate Card

Hi Everyone! This card was inspired from Emma at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ . She had made an acetate card on her Cricut and I had NO IDEA that you can cut acetate on your Cricut. I made this with the Sweet Treat Cartridge. I also made this for the Die Cuts R Us challenge. You had to make something with leftover Valentine's Day paper but not make it look like a Valentine's Day card so I used my left over pink glitter card stock. The leaves are from ribbon that I cut each individual leaf off to put on the card. The best part is that you can write a message on the back in the center where the large flower is. So Sweet Cherries!

Hi Everyone! I made this card with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots, My Pink Stamper Stamps, Martha Stewart Scallop Punch, Mary Engelbreit cherries(Michael's has them in the dollar bin), Hello Kitty Greetings Cartridge, and green glitter paper. I am not much for mess when I stamp(even stickles) so my way of adding some flair to the card is to use glitter paper. The only thing different that you need to do is adjust your pressure on your cricut. Thank you for stopping by. Please click on the link below to see how to put this card together:

My Attempt at a Man Card

I readily admit that man themed cards are not my forte. I have a hard time with them because I like to make things pretty. My pink Stamper had a scrapbook page challenge and since I don't scrapbook she offered that we could make a card. So I decided to make it a Man Challenge. I probably took it a little over the top by adding rhinestones and threw this into the category of Metro Man Card, but hey, it's an attempt! :0) Thank you for taking a peek! XOXO, Julie. :0)
